[DC LoCo] Unresponsive Geeks.com...

Last year (in May) I bought a laptop from Geeks.com. It was a Dell D630, 
recommended on this forum. Nice machine, but it turns out to have used 
nvidia graphic chips with known defects. The display has failed and the 
machine is useless. There was a class action suit that was lost by 
nvidia in 2008. Nonetheless, Geek.com refurbed the machine and sold it. 
I have been trying without success to get a response from Geek.com 
regarding my failed laptop. It is out of the 30-day warranty, but I was 
hoping Geeks.com would feel some responsibility for selling a machine 
with a known defect.

After initial email contact with Cassandra F. a Geeks.com support 
representative, Geeks has been totally unresponsive to my requests. 
Cassandra promised to involve her management, but I have heard nothing 
and Cassandra no longer answers my emails.

Consider this fair warning to those doing business with Geek.com....
