[DC LoCo] Linux Mint runs great on this Dell Latitude D630 laptop

I support these at Arlington County, and I recommend them as being solid,
fast, and reliable. They're pretty classy-looking for a business laptop,
too. The only downside is that there's no physical middle mouse button like
on some Latitudes and all Thinkpads.
