In the last couple years I've heard a LOT of "oh yeah, my $relative uses 
that!" and "yeah I've got $previous_release at home, but I'm having this 
problem..."

For that matter, planning a tweak-day for some time shortly after TPFF and 
advertising that for the existing users (ie, give them a remember-the-date 
card) might be a good idea.
