No, no, no, no, no.  *Please* don't.

There is established best practices[1], which of course through your
unimpeachable decision to use superior free software (i.e. Mailman :) you are
already adhering to.

This all comes down to your choice and use of mail reading software.  If you
look closely, you'll see a List-Post header with the mailto address pointing
back to the list.  A proper MUA will have a "reply-to-list" function, which
you should use, as I did on this message.  It sets the To: header back to the
mailing list, and that's it.

The only time this will fail is when non-list members post and want to be
CC'd.  In those cases, I use reply-to-all and try to be careful to trim the
headers before I send it.

[1] Yes, there are well-known articles on the subject from both perspectives.
Search for "Reply-To munging is harmful" and its opposite if you want both
sides.  It's a religious war where the "munging is harmful" side is correct
though. :)
