[DC LoCo] LoCo approval expiring VERY soon

Apparently I've been remiss. On Dec 25, I got a message saying approval is
gone on Dec 31. I wrote to the council, and heard back today. It appears I
missed an earlier message in the form of a launchpad bug report.

What say ye all?

The loco council created the bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-locoteams/+bug/882545  and assigned Kevin
to it on 2011-10-27  this was to track your reapproval during the P cycle.
 Each cycle we give teams enough time to draw up a reapproval application
and add it to the agenda or to the bug and the council then processes the
application. As at this stage the application has not been submitted we can
add a little extra time to the expiration date so you have time to work on
the application if needed.
