[DC LoCo] Odd flash player problem

After the most recent update of Flash player, I don't seem to be able
to use flash.  The package is flashplugin-installer and the new
version is 10.3.183.4ubuntu0.11.04.1

Before the upgrade it worked fine.  Now, even though the plugin
package is installed, the plugin is no longer listed in the list of
plugins in Chrome, and I can't view flash content in Chrome.

Any thoughts?
