In case you haven't noticed Ubuntu 10.04 LTS uses kernel 2.6.32 and RHEL 6 also uses kernel 2.6.32. Seems that 2.6.32 will have a lot of hands and eyes doing bug fixes for it for a long time. Was that planned or just a lucky break?
