Are you on Verizon DSL or FiOS, because I'm on FiOS in Hyattsville,
MD.  Other people in other countries (Dubai mostly) and other parts of
the US are having this same issue but on all kinds of different ISPs.
I've restarted my router and everything also.  This has been happening
for a while now.
