That's strange.  It doesn't seem to be happening everywhere.  Some of
the people on Buzz are now reporting that also.  Its ok in certain
places and not ok in others.

In San Fransico is seems to be ok, but in NYC it is not.  And in Dubai
it's even worse.  I don't think its anywhere in my ISP or on Google's
side.  This is likely somewhere on the net.  As I said, I'm only
getting packet loss when pinging the Google.com domain.
