Columbia, and other area leaders at Washington, DC’s first-ever Community
Broadband Summit (DC-CBS)—a city-wide gathering to address the District’s
digital divide. DC-CBS will provide an opportunity for non-profits,
businesses, local and federal government leaders to meet, exchange ideas,
and develop partnerships to further a shared mission of spreading the
