That's the problem, such a person has not emerged from the community
so we're at a bit of a stand-still.

The current layout is pretty clean and basic, and will probably be
suitable for now. I really wanted to do a redesign along with this
migration from drupal to wordpress (which is required due to hosting
considerations) but we may just need to stick with this basic theme
and move forward until such a person in the community can be
identified.
