You don't do that?  I've been running early alphas since early 2007 when I 
only had one machine.  I'm working on upgrading all my machines to Maverick 
now because I want to be able to use the alpha Ubuntu One client for KDE.

Note to list:  I'm not saying normal users should do this.  But if you're an 
adventurous geek who won't cry over spilt milk... testers & bug reports are 
always welcome.
