So far, no major issues!

On the plus side, it does boot faster, and the sound seems smoother on
the laptops. The "wifi on" LED now actually works on my Acer Aspire
One, but alas, the little switch for it does not enable/disable
WiFi--I still have to right-click on the network icon and select
"enable wireless" or "disable wireless". Another minor inconvenience
that persists is that WiFi continues to boot up "enabled", even when I
disabled it during last use, and it wants to seek WiFi connections
even when the wired network is connected. I was hoping at some point
they'd make it skip that.

And again, I experienced a little frustration trying to set the
nautilus options when the "edit preferences" box is taller than the
1024x600 display. I had to guess how many tabs to use to be able to
press the "ok" or "apply" button. The trick there is to tab until an
outline appears at the tabs along the top, then shift-tab once to go
back.

I tried the "netbook remix" again, and still don't like it for
permanent use, even on a netbook. It seemed a tiny bit harder to
"revert" it than in 9.04. For those needing to, here's what I had to
do:

First, go into "system", "preferences", "startup applications", and
uncheck "maximus" and "netbook launcher". Putting back the otherwise
default panels was a little tougher. There is a small white dot to
the left of the date/time. It seemed to be the only spot on the
screen that allowed me to right click to get "new panel"--very tough
to target, but it worked. From there, it was a series of about ten
adjustments via "remove from panel" and "add to panel" to get the
typical desktop mix back.
