That said, we need to play the ball where it lies.  Philster has the 
machine booting, and whatever silly issue he has I need data on.  What he 
has got can give me the data I need.

There is no need to tell him he is at the bottom of a long climb...

Shapiro is a bit of a mench.  Lets fix his prob and he can try to 
hop-scotch up the net upgrades...
