[DC LoCo] Took the advice.....second question

Previously, I inquired about the cacao open java and gnash (or swfdec)
alternative packages. Thank you for helping me get through installing
cacao-oj6 (and removing SUN java6 - without it destroying my
OpenOffice!) and gnash (and removing flash-nonfree). I may try
swfdec-mozilla yet.

Is there any danger in removing the packages listed in Synaptic GUI
under:

Not Installed (residual config)

Or would the command line "sudo apt-get clean" be better.....or do the
same thing?
