[A bit of background: A few years ago, Vint Cerf, who was REALLY
instrumental in developing TCP/IP which is the heart and soul of what we've
all come to know and love as the Internet, gave a talk at Yorktown High
School on the Interplanetary Internet, and the then experimental DTP -- the
Delay Tolerant Protocol, since renamed to Disruption Tolerant Protocol.  A
few of Jeff's students decided to become beta testers.  Jeff can tell y'all
more.]
