Is she really used to Windows though? I think it's much easier to get
someone started on Ubuntu if they have no computing background. Some
people just don't like change.

If she needed help learning how to do things in Windows, it might be
difficult for people around her to help if they've never used Ubuntu.

Hardy's been a little disappointing for me (prolly because I rock the
boat and try to do network shares and monitor spanning) and I guess
basic users don't care about that.
