Displaying my ignorance in public again...

My oh so brief surfing leads me to believe that it will behave
more like a traditional modem, and may even use the old Hayes
modem protocols (ATDT anyone?).  So, if Windoze isn't totally
hosed, you might see if you can find out what it thinks of the
beastie.  If it's a traditional modem, then possibly a
Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) connection is the way to go.
