Well, about what you making being able to be read by everyone else, since we
support open standards that can be freely implemented by anyone, there's a
better chance of having software that can handle it 50 years from now than
with black-box formats. Even Microsoft Office can't keep compatibility
between versions. Templates made in one version fall apart in each new
release.
