Dear members in the Washington DC area,
Would you be willing to be on-call for DC-area actions in support of
free software and computer user freedom?
Our campaigns, such as End Software Patents, DefectiveByDesign.org,
and our ACTA campaign are often running into a big wall: federal laws
and regulations. To break through these walls, we need a physical
presence on the ground in DC to help raise awareness (and sometimes
create a stir) at key times. To break through these walls, we need a
physical presence on the ground in DC to help raise awareness (and
sometimes create a stir) at key times. If you want to help us and
become part of a DC free software activists group, please contact me
and I will add you to our growing DC area mailing list.
Sincerely,
Joshua Gay, Campaigns Manager
