[CoLoCo] Call for Leadership

Absolutely.

Nominations?  Volunteers?

Typically we have one deputy team lead, but I'm sure we could adjust the
structure of leadership to allow for specialized roles if we had enough
interest and believed that all roles could be filled for the foreseeable
future.
