We were the very first US State LoCo team.  There was one other US
LoCo team before us but it was a city (I think it was Chicago but it
was so long ago I can't remember).  We also spawned Utah and NYC and
mentored a few more States. For about 2 years ALL LoCos used the
presentations I created for Colorado for their own events.
