Howdy, Comcast just screwed me over today. They dropped my line from 50m down, 20 m up to supposedly 16 down, 2 up but in reality I'm getting 1 up and 1 down. Does anyone have a lead on a good service with a high upload speed and static IPs? I can't even use my telephone. Joey ps. Comcast is still charging me $89/mo too.
