[CoLoCo] Flash and Fullscreen Video

Give the content providers unlimited memory access?!  Oh my!  10MB is as
high as I'll go.

Simon - That seemed to have worked - unfortunately it only fixes for
Firefox.  Chrome's built-in flash seems to want to do it's own thing.  Too
bad.
