[CoLoCo] Fwd: Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" Available

Alright so it appears Tummy is running a Repo Mirror but I'm not
seeing an ISO mirror, and the CU Denver repos appear to be offline. So
really we just need to get an ISO mirror up and running then.
