Thanks for all your input. Turns out that if I pay attention those
options do show up when I click on my name.

Guess I had it in my head that that info was there as part of the
initial login screen and I just put myself on auto-pilot when logging in.

At least I'm now back to an interface that works - I know a lot of
people like Unity but I was having issues with it.
