[CoLoCo] Unity decision: (Fwd) Default Desktop Experience for 11.04

Whilst keeping an open mind about Unity, or at least as much as possible, I
will also tread on the side of caution and stick with GNOME for a while. At
least until I've worked with Unity enough on a vm or test laptop. I am
undecided, and to be fair, only protest the change simply because I don't
like drastic change, haha!
