[CoLoCo] Unity decision: (Fwd) Default Desktop Experience for 11.04

I can understand them pushing it live.  It's mostly usable after the past
couple days updates (compiz was crashing every 5-15 minutes for me).
 However, I think they should tweek the fallback to look like Gnome in
Maverick.  I.E: Remove the global menu thing and add the standard Gnome menu
back.
