[CoLoCo] Release Party

Hansons is a great place but as Neal was saying the last time we did
the Release Party there we had a hard time doing the presentations. As
there is a lot of structures in the way, and not a real open floor
plan. Which works great for meetups like the one Kevin puts on.

The company thing would be cool, but doesn't work with the original
idea of our release party. Beer, Food, WiFi/Internet, & Presentation
space.

With that sad I have no ideas. That was always the hardest part of
planning this thing.
