[CoLoCo] Northern Colorado Hacker Space?

I have to say that's a damn good idea.

How big of a space are you looking at to get? and whats the setup
going to be like.

Might be a cool thing to get going in Denver/Boulder area somewhere.
Especially if we could get a big enough space to host install fests
and small get togethers.
