here is the current repo, and it's even official.

deb http://download.skype.com/linux/repos/debian/ stable non-free #Skype

There are two packages for installing repo's easily.  "Ubuntu Tweak"
and "Ailurus"  both have the skype repo.  I believe I got them from
the getdebs repo.
