Well - while the Beta installs have been fairly stable they still have
residual bugs creeping around...  I wouldn't trust it with production just
yet, but dual booting certainly wouldn't hurt anything.  However - I doubt
you'd have any major data loss running Beta 2 - so if you don't mind
re-installing Ubuntu it shouldn't be a problem.
