[CoLoCo] Release Party is Tomorrow

If you haven't gotten anybody yet, I would not mind doing a quick 10 - 15 minutes on Upstart and the new way Ubuntu starts services.  Basic overview with little technical since Upstart has become a bigger issue with Karmic, and will become an even bigger part of Lucid.
