[CoLoCo] openoffice xhtml export bug?

Neal,

I tried on Ibex and OO complained about a lack of a Java Runtime
Environment, which is surprising, as I use Java a lot on here.  Exporting as
pdf was no problem, but most of the other formats (xhtml, mediawiki, LaTex)
all failed.
