I'm not against helping local companies. It's just that when configured the
way I'd want it was over $1100 and still didn't have a discrete graphics
option. Upgrading it on my own really wouldn't save much and might cost more
as I'd be buying stuff twice. The HP one linked is a possibility but they
come with windows. I absolutely will not pay for windows and will only go
that route if I can decline the EULA and get a refund. The studio hybrid was
the closest to what I was looking for but I'm not impressed with Dell lately
and still no discrete graphics option. Although with the HDMI out it could
make a cool myth frontend.

Thanks to everyone for the tips so far. I'll have to look a bit closer at
all these options.
