[CoLoCo] New [Ubuntu] startup sound

ogg files should play automatically in FF with the default totem-mozilla
plugin.

But, it doesent work with the one I uploaded with googlepages. it must be a
google error.

and if you don't like totem try this "sudo apt-get install mozilla-mplayer"
