[CoLoCo] Google Chrome

This will be a platform for Google Apps.

IMHO it is strategic and necessary for Google to own its own cross o/s
platform.

As Google Apps increasingly begin to suck away at MS revenue stream, MS will
attempt to kill them as it has done in the past to others.

With their own platform, this should be easier to prevent.

That it is open source is a great plus.
