[CoLoCo] Odd load for sleep mode

Hibernate copies everything in memory to the HD. I never use that. Sleep
puts the computer in a low power state and preserves the contents of memory.
In the past I did not see uptime increasing in sleep mode but I didn't do
any scientific experiments. The load, however, is what concerned me most.
Even at 15 mins the load was around 3. I don't know for sure (that's why I'm
asking) but it seems odd that just waking from sleep could bump the 15
minute average that high. I don't usually see a load that high ever.
