[CoLoCo] archive mirror status

Hi Gang,

In prep for the Intrepid launch I changed the mirror location of
archive.ubuntu-rocks.org to a faster and more up-to-date mirror.
Unfortunately I didn't realize that there was a connection limit on
that mirror so our archive mirror is now out of date.  I've switched
it to another fast mirror and it's updating right now.  Will probably
take a few days to catch up.
