[CoLoCo] Install KDE 3 on Ubuntu Intrepid

[Michael Haney]

A friend of mine wants to know how to install KDE 3 on Ubuntu 8.10.  I
suggested installing it via Synaptic but is KDE 3 there or is KDE 4
only in the repos?  Suggestions please.
