[CoLoCo] Open office acting very weird

Jim, look at my screenshot.  The results are correct here.  I think it's an
error in how your OO is behaving.  Can you attach a copy of the spreadsheet
with one of your "incorrect" attempts.  I'll see if it works on mine.
