[CoLoCo] can't add user - path exists

I thought about that or something similar but that isn't quite the answer
I'm looking for. I would really like to be able to add a user and have it
use the current path that already exists with all the files and folders. If
that's not possible I'll just rename and copy but seems rather inelegant.
There must be a better approach. I can't recall how I did this in the past.
I probably just renamed and copied. If anyone knows a different approach I'd
like to know.
