[CoLoCo] Testing Hardy Heron Alpha Release

Hey, just thought I'd let you all know that, I'm am currently writing
from a Hardy Heron Live-CD (alpha release). It is running faster than
my bogged down gutsy install. I'm am seriously thinking about wiping
my gutsy install tomorrow, and installing this alpha release. It has a
better overall design than the last (and previous) ubuntu
installations. And.. is more friendly to noobs too.  When booting the
live-CD grub menu it now says something like "boot without affecting
current system" instead of the old "start or install". also, I guess
if you boot into windows and pop in the CD, it starts up a WUBI
install prompt.


I haven't really tested it much (about 10 seconds), but overall I like
it better than the gibbon. Oh, It even has heron wallpaper.
