[CoLoCo] my first Ubuntu Brainstorm idea

....or maybe try creating a new idea on Ubuntu Brainstorm saying that there
needs to be a way to contact people managing the site or that there should
be a way to un-duplicate an idea. I have seen a many ideas already just
trying to improve the site itself
