[CoLoCo] $HOME/.drmc file is being ignored again...

Your $HOME/.drmc file has incorrect permissions and is being ignored. This
prevents the session from being saved. File should be owned by user and have
644 permissions.

This is the message i'm getting. I've had it before, and fixed it by doing
the following:

"I tried

sudo chown -hR andrew /home/andrew

followed by:

chmod 644 .dmrc (just to be safe)

and it worked."

However, that method is not fixing it this time. Any advice? Would it be
safe to delete the file?

Thanks,
-Andrew
