[CoLoCo] Widget Layer Plugin

[Chomafin]

I've tried screenlets, and did not care for them too much.
I've looked into the google ones, and they appear to be nice but I've not
had a chance to play with them yet.  Let me know how they go! ^_^
I think you can also look into gkdesklets, which I believe to be a longer
run project, but I'm not positive.
