Talking about this? http://www.ubuntu.com/products/mobile

As far as I know, it's meant for mobile devices such as handheld computers
and whatnot... like internet tablets.

What graphics and sound systems are on the system you are working with?
There's a good chance that a patched kernel or more appropriate drivers are
available. In fact, there's a good chance you could simply take the driver
from the installation that comes with the device and use it with Ubuntu.
However, you need to make sure that the License on the driver allows for
this, as any proprietary hardware can also be bundled with a proprietary
license that is very restricting for specialized devices like this.

I'm VERY free the next week and a half before I go back down to Lakewood for
school. Want to get together and have a geek-hacking session on this box?
I could come over to Windsor H.S. if that's easiest.
