I am not sure how much work this work entail, but I could help out from the

Hi, long time lurker, seldom poster.

Let me know what you need and when and I hang out for a day.  60 people
seated in the largest room would be a bit of a stretch.  I think that 40 or
so would probably closer to the truth.
