[CoLoCo] one step process for dvd to ipod???

All 3 ipod related settings use the same codec for vid/sound, but just
different quality.
iPhone / iTouch bitrate = 960
Low-Rez = 700
High-Rez = 1500

It seems the iPhone/iTouch is middle ground.  As for installation, since its
just a single bin file, i believe you can simply stick it in /usr/bin and
change permisions to 755, owner:group root:root, and that should be that..
But that might not be the "ubuntu" way heh.. But I'm pretty sure it would
work.
