[CoLoCo] Ubuntu Tweak

[TheZorch]

Windows has Tweak UI and now Ubuntu has Ubuntu Tweak.  According to what 
I've read about it this program doesn't do anything you can do by 
editing the config files, but it does make it easy to make those 
changes.  Here is the website where you can get the .deb file.
